Is Online Therapy Practical for Your Practice?

As there are only so many hours in the day, and only so many days in the week, therapists running solo or small practices are very aware of time limitations, and are always looking for ways to boost revenue outside of the standard in-office session time. Before running out and investing a lot of time and money in developing an online therapy practice, however, it is important to first consider your own skills and the time which you have available to reinvest in your business. How Do I...?

Can an Inactive client access their account?

"My client list is really long. I know I can hide some of them but prefer not to in case non-current clients wish to log back in if they choose. Is it possible for Inactive client to access their account Client Account to reinstate themselves and make a new appointment?"

Yes. When you "deactivate" a client within the Status page, this does not actually block the account from the client logging in. It just hides the client from your Client List page.
