Argonaut serves to bring value to you in running your practice. Our customers save an average of 3 hours of paperwork per week using Argonaut instead of paper-based systems. This extra time will allow you to see more clients, or to spend more time for yourself or with your loved ones.

Argonaut also increases your income by sending out automatic reminders which prevent missed appointments, and by allowing you to easily charge clients' credit cards, ensuring consistent payment.

Argonaut is a subscription-based service and we offer several payment plans for your convenience. Our plans do not require any contract, you may cancel or change your plan at any time.

All prices are per month, per therapist. Three-month and yearly plans billed as one payment. Supervising therapists may sign up interns for only $5 per month per intern. Interns signing up without supervising therapist receive a 50% discount on above prices.

Integrated eClaims:

Argonaut has partnered with Gateway EDI eClaims service to bring you an integrated insurance billing solution.  The purpose of this partnership is to provide our customers with a one-click eClaims solution for your insurance claims, instead of having to go to a separate clearinghouse or insurance website to re-enter all of the client insurance information repeatedly.  The fees for eClaims are paid directly to the eClaims service.

    Swift Package:  $114 per provider – includes unlimited ebilling and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)

    Connect Package: $85 per provider - includes unlimited ebilling and Paper Explanation of Benefits

Ala carte / Add-on Services:

    Basic Electronic Claims

    $39.00/month, includes 100 claims.  (Over 100 claims: 39 cents per claim)

    $19.50/month, includes 50 claims

    ERA: $25/month flat rate

    Eligibility Verification:  $20/month unlimited verifications

Annual Maintenance Fee: $200 per provider
